During a Stake meeting last night that also addressed family history, we were asked how we could help families with Family History, to involve all family members in this part of the Lord’s work.
In response, I’m providing our Ward a list of How-To resources that can help with fun or with volunteering or with finding out more about your people in the past.
NOTE: We will continue the monthly articles about why to do it. This list of HOW to do it is for your convenience so the work may be less intimidating as you grow your knowledge and skills. Also please know that your Ward’s temple and family history consultants are glad to help with any of these How-Tos. Our calling is to help you with your temple and family history work.

Sure, you could have found all these links yourself on FamilySearch.org by looking around. But the site is more oriented to doing the work, and it can be harder to find the instructions and videos about how to do the work. May this list help as a menu of sorts when the Spirit invites you to participate in this great work.
Sincerely, Your Ward Temple & Family History Consultants
